Collaborating with a lender, Karis Capital crafted a unique arrangement that enabled the client to secure both properties through a €12 million loan. The deal was made possible by leveraging one of the most prominent classical villas in southern Spain.
The Karis Capital team advised and oversaw a complicated but efficient Topco restructure to successfully raise equity for their client. The process included trading on the impressive €60 million property in Spain to restructure an existing industrial asset, which has planning for a 260,000 sq. ft. facility and the acquisition of a new industrial site nearby.
After successfully facilitating the funding for each industrial site, Karis Capital ensured the client was granted 18 months to fully reposition both sites before they review their current financial agreement.
